Alarm Process Flow
Step 1
Your alarm is activated and the signal is sent to Central Station 247 via radio, I.P and/or GSM.
Step 2
Central Station 247 recieves the alarm and our Automated Alarm handling bot is used to verify the signal.
Step 3
Depending on the outcome. The alarm is cancelled, armed response is dispatched or the call is transferred to one of our operators.
Phone Bot Options
Press 1
To dispatch armed response. Your Alarm will be sent to the dispatch stack for your relevant armed response company to be dispatched.
Press 2
To cancel your alarm. You will be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your phone number followed by the hash key.
Press 3
To call talk to an operator. The phone call will be diverted to one of our Central Station 247 operators.

Can I still speak to a Central Station Operator?
Yes, you can. C.A.M gives you the option to transfer the call to a Central Station Operator.
Our existing contact numbers are still fully functional.
C.A.M will assist our Central Station Operators to work through false alarms faster so they can help you in a real emergencies.
What will I hear when CAM contacts me or a keyholder of mine?
‘‘Press 1 to request Armed Response.”
“Press 2 to cancel the activation”.
“Press 3 if you want an Operator to call you”.
“Press 9 to repeat the message”
What happens when my alarm sends a Duress or Panic Signal?
Duress and Panic Signals are emergency signals which will be processed by our Central Station Operators to immediately dispatch Armed Response.
What if my alarm triggers at the premises and I am not there?
If you are not sure if it is a false alarm, press 1 when C.A.M contacts you to request Armed Reaction response.
What Caller ID will I see?
C.A.M will call from caller ID 010 510 8555, please save this number on your mobile device as C.A.M Central Station.
Will this new number replace any of your existing contact numbers?
No, it does not. All our existing contact numbers for administration and Central Station will remain as per normal. If you have saved the additional number above on your mobile device as “Central Station” then you will be aware that it is us calling you.
